11-02-2016 - Heal-link e sources
| Heal link has asked from all co operaring publishers to grace e access until the 31st of march 2016 apart from ACS, APS and IEEE. All these 3 publishers have not signed any contract for 2015. Heal link though tries to come to an agreement with them for 2016. |
